My career began in the hotel industry, where I discovered that my true calling went beyond service — it was about connecting with people and helping others shine. Today, I’m a Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Coordinator at Grupo Dani García, where I have the privilege of leading recruitment for more than 13 restaurants located in Marbella, Madrid, Barcelona, Tarifa, and Dubai.

Each day, I coordinate student internships, manage onboarding for new hires, and drive employer branding initiatives to position the group as a place where talent can grow. Most importantly, I focus on what I’m most passionate about: discovering potential, nurturing it, and helping it shine within a company that sees people as the key ingredient to success.
