As the Chief of Talent at Grupo Dani García, I oversee the portfolio of our renowned luxury hospitality brands, which currently include BIBO, Lobito de Mar, Leña, Dani Brasserie, Smoked Room, Babette, Casa Dani, El Pollo Verde, Alelí, Tragabuches, La Cabane and La Chambre Bleue. Also I lead the big recruitment project for Aresbank in Marbella our new venue opening this summer 2025 with Grupo Mosh.
Founded in 2014, Grupo Dani García operates over 20 restaurants in more than six countries, employing 1,200+ talented individuals worldwide. As part of our ambitious expansion plan, we are set to open several new venues in the near future, further cementing our position as leaders in luxury hospitality.
In my role, I lead the hiring and retention efforts for exceptional talent across our global portfolio, collaborating with dynamic teams to design and execute innovative recruitment strategies. Leveraging digital tools, social media platforms, and my extensive professional network, I ensure we attract the best talent to support our growth and expansion.
